Signal Haus is a narrative design practice. We work with senior professionals who have built significant things but find themselves unable to articulate their value in a market obsessed with algorithms and toxic positivity.

We offer The Draft — a proprietary toolkit for extracting, sequencing, and stress-testing your professional narrative. It removes the ambiguity of "telling your story" and replaces it with the precision of an architectural drawing. Who We Are

Signal Haus is led by Dan Smock. He spent 20 years applying crisis leadership and operational logistics at scale, serving in the U.S. Army and working with Fortune 100 companies. He now operates his own firm focused on high-stakes career transition for senior executives. His expertise is in pattern recognition: identifying the unique, defensible throughline in chaotic experience and engineering it for maximum market impact.
